BADHAN HIJRA SANGHA (BHS) has 11 members executive committee for strategic planning and policymaking. The Executive Committee is responsible for overall management and policy issues including the staff recruitment, financial control, and program management.

EC members and Transgender/Hijras are directly involved in management issues through the Executive Director. Provision has been made to recruit Executive Director from Hijra community.

As per constitutional provision, BADHAN HIJRA SANGHA (BHS) has been administered by an Executive Committee (EC) with two years’ tenure comprising of eleven-members elected by the general members through secret ballot. The President is the head of organization and responsible for over all policy issues and the Secretary is responsible for the day-to-day organizational management issues. The treasurer and other eight EC office bearers and members support his/her. EC members meet at least once in a month to plan and review organizational activities and progress. This committee with the consensus of majorities makes all decisions. BADHAN HIJRA SANGHA (BHS) operates a bank account with the joint signatures among President, Secretary and treasurer.
